“Total Rip Off”

I bought a dress from karen millen dresses.co.uk. Thinking stupidly that this was a bonifide website connected to the Karen Millen outlet stores, sadly like many people I did not check the reviews until after the order had been placed. As soon as I realised I emailed to cancel the order, which was within a few hours and contacted my bank, unfortunately I have had no response from any of the email addresses and the money has now been taken from my account,
In hindsight I will check reviews before making a purchase, cannot believe I have been so stupid.
Expensive mistake and one I don't intend repeating !!!!
Advice to everyone else. Don't touch this company at any cost if there was a zero option in rating I would use it.
