David Lloyd have no respect whatsoever for loyal customers. Their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. All was going well with our family membership until with no consultation they pulled all the 6pm classes for our 3/4 year old. Despite lots of complaints from existing customers and the classes being oversubscribed their pathetic argument was it was too 'excitable' for these children to be doing classes at 6pm. (More like too costly but they won't say that will They!). Following extensive complaints to head office their eventual response lacked any substance and failed to answer many of the questions asked and basically said if we wanted to leave, then leave. For a company that advertise themselves as family friendly they do little to back this claim up. Avoid like the plague!!!
