“Dreadful service - avoid”

I ordered a pregnancy pillow cover and was lucky enough to receive a product in the post - although it wasn't the one I ordered. I returned the item as instructed on the website, only to have it returned back to me by the royal mail, saying that the addressee had gone away. They've not responded to any of my emails and the phone number doesn't work either. Dreadful service.
