“No refund provided for returned items!”

I have had a terrible customer service experience with ANGELS NEVER DIE distributor, sarayboutique.

I returned two items to Saray Boutique for a refund because they didn't fit me, but Saray Boutique failed to provide the refund.

The store's owner confirmed that she received the items, but she has not given me a refund and she is not responding to my emails.

The items were unworn, unwashed, in their original packaging and with tags attached.

The reason Saray Boutique is giving for not processing my refund is that the store owner is not in Turkey, and is therefore no longer near the address of her store, Saray Boutique.

I'm frustrated that I can't get the refund of $150 I'm owed because this store owner is unprofessional enough to leave the country that her store returns are sent to.

I strongly suggest you avoid shopping at sarayboutique to avoida similar experience.
