“Site = POOR EVERYTHING!”

I purchased my Naruto Sage Mode contacts from them on the 03/31/2013. First off, I understand that them being a UK business they go by pounds, so after I was going to finalize my purchase, it pretty much doubled the amount stated on the site, instead of giving customers who live in different regions the different currency difference. I paid extra for the Express Airsure Tracking (2-7 business days) to ship my order. It's already been a week. I understand that it takes 24-48 hours + the 2-7 days to process everything but still, I have sent them 4 e-mails asking for a tracking #. I've been polite but still no reply. Then I looked at their return policy and it states that regular shipments have to take 30 days to return, but with the Express Airsure Tracking, its a different story but not a different story. They state to ensure your package gets delivered to the correct location, use Express Airsure, which I did and I still didnt get any tracking # or shipment order #. Nothing. They basically, Took my 42.00 dollars and wont reply back to anything. I would have thought otherwise since my friend orders from this site and says he gets his within a week, but I guess its every 1/1,000 customers from how it feels. I recommend you don't order from this site.
