“Worst service ever!”

Ordered a microwave and paid extra for it to be delivered in certain window of time. It never came. Arranged another date and when it arrived it didn't work at all. After several lengthy phone calls arranged date for return. They never came. Am still waiting for it to be collected. Absolutely useless.
