“Will only work for a month”

Having had it replaced and the same problem recurring, it astounds me that they are still advertising on tv as being which recommended. I'm disabled and for the first month it was absolutely brilliant. So much so that when they replaced it for me, I bought loads of the mop heads. But within a month same problem occurred and website searches other people experienced same problem. Despite following the cleaning regime, the steam refused to come out. My theory - plastic parts with such high temp, mould together.
Now searching for a tried and tested alternative!
