Rang help line to discuss my security on my pc.Apparantly it hadn't been activated after being loaded on. A small error which I didn't notice till now(6 Months later)Took pc to shop and they downloaded it on for me at no cost, Very pleased with service received, All staff very helpful at that time..and very polite,,Thankyou..
