“Could not fault Apex”

We were able to book our car online from Australia, and arriving at Christchurch thought that it may be difficult to get the Apex depot. Not so, there were signs outside the arrival area, plus a phone. Outside the terminal, there was a coach waiting to take us there. We were treated so well by Jacqui, who answered all our questions, gave us maps, sim card, print out of a google map showing us how to drive to Akaroa, and assured us that we would not get lost. We didn't. The car was excellent to drive and we drove all over the top of New Zealand, back across Arthur's pass without a moments trouble. We were so happy with the service we received and the car. It was a trouble free holiday. I was dropped back to my accommodation after returning the car. We would have no worries recommending Apex to anyone. Thanks
