I had some technical issues on both my bookings.
The first time I didn't get an email confirmation or get to the final page, but that was sorted out over the phone.
The second time, I had an issue with the amount or my email being blocked, so I needed confirm validation of the booking over the phone. My email was whitelisted and I was finally able to get the voucher via email.
Prices are great, customer service is friendly and professional, the web application still needs more work on it. Some of the details on my booking aren't showing up accurately on my end, but the details in the vouchers are correct.
