“3 bad experiences with on the beach”

3rd time i have used their service to book an holiday and 3rd bad experience.

booked an holiday and was then contacted to say the price had increased and i needed to pay more money, they say that this is on the their terms and conditions and can happen and is perfectly normal.

strange though how I have never had this happen when booking with a high street chain.

when i complained they just kept repeating how its in their terms and conditions which i find really annoying when companies say that, as if i have time to read the small print, if it is that important then it shouldn't be in small print it should be clearly stated above every transaction.

when I asked to complain they said i had to put it in writing, when i told them i didnt have time and it would cost me money they said sorry that is the only way i can complain, i then asked for confirmation of my booking and if i could have it in writing and they said sorry no, it could only be sent by email.

wont be using them again
