“Chiquito tees-side park”

Walked in for the lunch time deal and noticed the reastaurant was only half full with plenty of empty tables. Waited 5 minutes to be acknowledged and was told there was a 10-15 minute wait just to be seated and were shown to the bar area when we noticed there were approx 5 other groups of people also waiting to be seated. Then had to wait another 10 minutes to be served drinks from the bar to drink while we were waiting. We weren't offered menus. The lady who was behind the bar was dressed as if she was higher up than a simple waitress yet could not operate the till! After 25 minutes of waiting there were still 3 groups to be seated before us so we just left in the end.

Very very poor service! More training needed for all staff!
Working in a pub/restaurant myself, I know how difficult it can be sometims but this was appalling

As this was my first experience of chiquitos I have a feeling it will also be my last
