Ordered 3 tablets, 2 were faulty so they sent replacements without any fuss.
All good so far.
But these 2 were also faulty so we requested a refund as goods not of satisfactory quality, this was refused!
So out of 5 tablets, only 1 worked properly!
Nice and polite on emails but need to read up on the Sales of Goods act...
