I bought an item from this website and was really looking forward to the delivery as great reduction and quite difficult to get in my size. A completely different dress was delivered (multi-coloured instead of black). The package contained a docket with a description of the correct dress on it. When I contacted them today they said it was a warehouse mistake, they would refund but not replace. Goodbye Cocosa, I won't be back!
