I booked a hotel room for a 2 evening stay at the Saskatoon Travelodge. I have stayed at many of these and have never been subject to the "kennel like" conditions that this hotel has to offer. The person I dealt with was stationed in Egypt! Had no idea of rates, additional charges, etc. Needless to say the booking process was quite a lengthy procedure. When we were finally billed we had additional charges that were not quoted to us, which was a surprise of course. Based on the service that was provided, we will certainly not use this agency again!!!!
