I placed an order with look fantastic on the 17th January and still have not received it! After waiting a couple of weeks i contacted customer service questioning where it is for then to reply i have to wait one month before they will look into where it is. One month came and i contacted them again saying i had no received it to which they admitted yes it has gone missing please fill out this form and we can organise a refund or the items to be resent. However they didn’t even give me the form. After chasing them with more emails and waiting another week for them to respond they provided me with the form. I filled it out and emailed it back as I was advised and waited another week before chasing them only to have them say we never received it please re-email it. By the time i re emailed it my credit card had expired so i had to put down my new one which was the same numbers and account details just different expiry date. Well this wasn't good enough for them and after another couple of weeks arguing them said they cannot refund onto this card. So i finally agreed to them resending the order out. the originally order i placed i was meant to receive a free gift and now as it is two months later and they were resending it the free gift was no longer available. I asked for it to be tracked so i can know where it is. A couple of weeks later I have still not received it i contacted customer service again to which they gave the tracking number and said they will need to contact the freight company as the tracking number isn’t working!!!! they would get back to me asap. And one week later no response!! three months since the initial order i am frustrated and just want my money back but that is not possible! Look Fantastic has the WORST customer service EVER! They take days sometimes weeks to get back to you, you chase them nonstop for an answer and they make you go around in circles explaining the situation over and over again to different customer service representatives. THEY ARE HOPELESS AND A TOTAL RIP OFF!! Do not deal with them, there are so many bad reviews i wish i had never paid them, THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!!!
