“Fabulous customer service”

I went in this shop with an open mind thinking I wouldn't find the perfect dress or even enjoy trying dresses on. How wrong I was! This shop has the most wonderful staff which is something rare in all types of shops nowadays, nevermind a bridal shop. I was given tags to place on any dresses I liked the look of and they were then brought by the ladies for me to try on. After chatting with me (getting to know me) and seeing me in my first choice of dress, [name removed] and [name removed] brought some more dresses (which I would never have thought would suit me) their help and advice was invaluable and between them, my friend and I we narrowed it down to 2 dresses. [name removed] advised we went for a coffee and to have a good think. Hence I came home with my perfect dress. Like she said "the dress finds you" and how true this is. I went in this shop with zero confidence and left feeling a million dollars. A truly wonderful experience and can't wait to return to this shop for bridesmaid dresses. (In 2 days time :-) )Thanks ladies you are a credit to this business and I can't recommend this shop enough to any other future bride.
