I started my "diet" (it's more of a lifestyle change!) with Tesco Diets at the end of January with just over a stone to lose. I'm eating healthier and exercising every day, plus I'm almost at my target weight (3lbs to go!), thanks to the encouragement of the staff at Tesco Diets.
Navigation of the site can take some getting used to, especially if you're not fantastically computer literate. If there's any issues, you can always talk to the staff through the Live Chat, I have done this a few times and they are very helpful.
I signed up on a whim, and I'm glad I did. For under £2.50 a week, it's definitely worth it as it helps to keep an eye on calorie intake and plan my meals out. Planning meals will not only help you lose weight, but use your groceries efficiently!
I saw someone else's comments about the shopping list - I personally don't use this as I prefer to write my own list out, but you do need to be careful on keeping an eye on the quantities.
