Arnold has done an excellent job of resolving our emailing problem. He displayed a remarkable amount of patience and perseverance with what was a dogmatic problem but with much trial and error and lateral thinking he got us to where we wanted to be. Arnold looked into our problem further and more thoroughly than any other agent we have encountered.... well done Arnold.
