“Poor Service All Round”

I ordered some North Face footware,shown as in stock and duly selected the priority shipping option,and then my amazement still no e.mail confirming the despatch of the shoes,despite showing in stock and the company stating "Delivery within two days"for this option,buyers beware,there is no communication through telephone as I was told that they are purely online only,so there will be no discussions as to where your order is.I have cancelled my order and will never use or recommend this company to anyone I know.
