“Terrible service, horrible RMA”

Yes, DealExtreme (DX) is super cheap, however, cheap comes with its own hidden price. I recently ordered two USB Bluetooth adapters from DX.Com. After over two weeks shipping/delivery time I finally received them only to find that one of the adapters was defective. I placed a DOA item ticket immediately. It has now been over 2 months since my ticket was placed and have yet to get resolution from DealExtreme. They have agreed to replace said item, but have yet to live up to that agreement (replacement item still has not shipped).

I would have been better off spending a little more buying from a reputable business as the money spent at dx.com was a complete waste (can't use product). I will never use DealExtreme again.
