“Flowers - Big Mistake”

Ordered for my mum's 50th birthday, spent £40, meant to be a lovely surprise when my mum opened the door to them. In a massive box arrived the most miserable bunch of flowers. They were an incredibly small bunch that I would not hve spent £20 on if I saw them in a florist. They looked nothing like they did from the picture on the website. Obviously I complained and requested a refund - they refused to give me one for three days (by which point the flowers had wilted!). Poor flowers, even worse customer service from moonpig, will never even but cards from them again. Avoid!
