I ordered a YSL Mascara, one that i have used for 10 years and never use anything different. The mascara from Brand Alley didn't dry on my lashes and came off on fingers. Within an hour there was nothing left on my lashes!!
I emailed the customer services and thankfully they have given me a full refund and told me to bin the mascara. I'm guessing they must have had others complaining!
