“Customer Service is good (just lack of phone no. isnt...”

I was after a shower, tiles and a bath screen – i ordered what i thought was the best quality for the best price at 3 different companies. The bath screen I got from Plumbworld. The order was smooth, it arrived quicker than i expected. All good so far!

A week later when plumber came to fit everything we realised the bath screen was faulty (a clear cut in the plastic). I went to call customer services only to find its email only – Emailed and got a response within an hour asking for pictures. I sent straight back and then waited for a response. The waiting was the worst (and then panicking after reading negative reviews on this and another site) – I eventually found a phone number, called and spoke to the customer service rep I was dealing with. He was great, very helpful, arranged for the new item to be sent out the next day. It was checked first, and packed very well – No problems with the part (and its now installed).

So in summary – excellent price, customer service seemed good (but a lack of phone number isn’t the best customer service – however the individual dealing with my request was brilliant). Thanks
