“Bloomin disgrace ”

So I ordered flowers for my sisters birthday. The page told me if I ordered before five they would be delivered the same day. After I entered all my bank details it explained they do not do same day delivery. The flowers actually turned up three days late!! In such a mess, dead, broken, stems snapped. And the cheapeat looking bunch I'd ever seen. Looked completely different to what I had ordered. I rang " bloomin delightful" to be told she cannot refund me for 3 weeks even though money had left my account within 10 seconds. After 1 hour on the phone to an 0844 number from my mobile I finally got told I can have a credit note or replacement, which made me more angry. If I got cheap flowers the first time what expectations do I have for a replacement? I could buy these flowers from a supermarket for no more than £3. Advisor on phone finally offered a full refund which is not in my account as of yet. KEEP AWAY DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE. Pictures vary on a high scale to what is delivered
