Surprised to see a lot of negatives here about Swinton. I've been insured with them a couple of times now and had no problem. The thing I really like is that they have local high-street offices and they have been able to sort out things for me that I expected would be a hassle.

For example, I was going to france on holiday and the day before going, couldn't find any insurance paperwork. popped in the branch and they just printed me off a new set. Similarly, found a cheap renewal price online, popped in, and they matched it.

I know none of the above should be a hassle, but it tends to be these days. Have always been very happy with them.
