WRITE A REVIEW

“Impossible to contact”

This site is new to me. I´m always very anxious to order online, but so far it has worked pretty well. I ran out of my Dermalogica super rich repair and needed one quick..and cheap so I decided to give this site a go. Yesterday, I placed my order and paid and everything. I was forwarded to a message that says that "An email has been sent to my email with the invoice." I waited and I waited, I never received one. A couple of hours later I then try to contact them through email, that hasn´t worked either. I checked my bank account, and sure they have taken the money but still no reply or any confirmation email. Today, I´ve tried to call twice but there is just this answering machine.

OMG! I´m so worried. And now it feels like I´m being fooled. Anyone who has ordered from this site?
