“Awful service! Big disappointment!!”

Ballon half the size as advertised. Card could not be used as the typing sticker had been placed upside down. Delivery was 2 days earlier than arranged which meant they were dead with no water at the bottom and could not be given for Mothers Day. Better bouquet bought from Tesco and half the price. Customer service not very good still trying to get the issue resolved, no refund is allowed just a replacement of flowers.
I would certainly not recommend this website to anyone!
