I used Interparcel to post a package from Scotland to South of England. I found it easy to book the service but didn't realise that having a printer was mandatory. You print of your own label which identifies the package as an Interparcel delivery. They use standard carriers such as UPS and you get the same service but at a much cheaper price.
Unfortunately I never had a printer and was given a label by the UPS driver, this however identifies it as a UPS package and not Interparcel. Consequently I received not one but 2 different bills from UPS. I contacted Interparcel and although the problem was caused by me they immediately contacted UPS to resolve the situation.
I found them very helpful, they provide an excellent service at a very reasonable price.
The experience I had was very good and I would certainly recommend them.
