“Quite amazing!”

I saw a handlebar bag online at a massive reduction. Wanted to clarify that it did indeed come with Rixen & Kaul fixings for that price. Very quick response to my query indicating that it did. Bought it as it was the last one in stock and would not be repeated.

The bag arrived in good time. Unfortunately the appropriate screws and nipple set were not in the carton with the Rixen & Kaul fixing. Contacted Winstanleys who could not locate the parts so they offered me a refund for the bag or to pay for the parts if I could find them elsewhere.

I did find them elsewhere so that is all sorted. I was seriously impressed particularly as this was not a big ticket item and an unbelievable bargain in the first place - too good a deal to send back. The service was nothing other than swift, helpful and courteous - Thanks Winstanleys!
