“Sky broadband and phone ”

i have had sky broadband and phone since i moved into my place over a yr ago. but ever since i have had endless problems with it cutting of hen it feels like it cutting of when you answer the phone or make a phone call and every time having to wait about ten to 15 mins for it to rest it self. i have phoned sky many many many times and had engineers come out and fix this and fix that but nothing changes sky have confirmed i have a problem on my line but the cant fix it or sum thing i guess. the last engineer that came out installed a brand new phone line in a completely different place upon asking about my sky boxes reaching the phone socket she said i need to talk to sky so i did but they want another 260 form me to get another engineer to come out and re wire so it all fits properly fair enough if i had asked them for the new socket but i didn't i didn't know any thing about it till the engineer turned up one morning... over all sky is absolutely disgusting and appalling i WILL NOT recommend to any of my family or friends
