Good Points
Accurate. Deals with the part of horse behaviour that confronts us in the business every day. Applicable to lesson horses, horses in training and show horses in terms that relate to the real world.
Bad Points
I don't see any bad points unless it is availabililty.
General Comments
Lucy Rees, The Horse's Mind - This is the most useful book on horse behavior for instructors, trainers, or trail guides or anyone in the horse business. We use it all the time. This book is a classic and the only work that discusses a horse's behavior in terms that relate to horses and situations in the professional horse world. There are observations that have not been made by others from a perspective that is not in any other book.
