“Worst customer services ever!”

Ordered an item which became faulty. I have been waiting 6 months for Ace to organise a collection!!! I have called and called but no one can ever help! Emails have been bouncing back and forth but I always receive the same generic response - we will collect within 7 days'. Company is a joke, DO NOT spend any money with them, worse customer experience ever
