“Trying to place an order”

A most frustrating experience.

Having progressed a photo for a canvas print through your website process I then registered as suggested but on proceeding to the checkout the basket emptied before the order could be further progressed. Three further attempts to upload and progress to placing an order resulted in the basket emptying each time. On the last occasion ignoring the log in process I managed to progress through the entire procedure again and place the order. Even then because I missed out the email address for the recipient for the delivery, the entire delivery address disappeared but the blank form was recovered on checking and unchecking the box for delivery address then the delivery details had to be completely re-entered before further progress to confirming the order.

I phoned you at 12:30 to hear that you do not start till 14:00 and on phoning again at 14:15 I still got the same message - again frustrating.
