“Technical problems never end”

We have used Webhosting UK for our website and email for about 18 months. We have been pulling out hair out with them for the past three months. The only way to describe the technical support service is "gross negligence". We decided to move from shared to VPS server and they did the migration. It was full of errors: they "forgot" to migrate the email accounts and kept telling us it is our Outlook configuration, then we run out of space because they "forgot" to delete the backup they made after the migration, they "forgot" to transfer our SSL certificate, they simply do not read the updates on the tickets we were posting and coming up with all sorts of nonsense, list goes on and on. When I submitted a complaint, no one bothered to answer and then one day the ticket was just closed without any comment. Eventually someone did get back to me but it just shows that they keep dragging things until you get fed up and give up. Needless to say, we are mocing.
