Bought a dress from this company in January thinking it was based in the UK. When I realized orders took over a month to arrive I immediately sent them an email to cancel the order and asked for a refund. They agreed to refund me the full amount but no money ever reached my bank and I never received the dress either. So the moral of this story is PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I am 100% sure I will never see that money again.
