“Top-notch service and quality”

I ordered my Fjallraven Kanken Royal Blue Classic on the 7th of March. It was dispatched on the same day! Amazing. I got it just yesterday, 18th March. About 10 days, the delay was due to non working days. The color was slightly different, just slightly, but you have to bring it out to really see its true color and the color on site is really close to it. I brought it to work and it came into contact with water, but the water droplets trickled off the bag, leaving its contents unharmed. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! And it's free worldwide shipping, 20% off non-EU orders and a further 15% discount. I'm simply delighted! The people at I Love My Kanken were very nice as well, replying my enquiries promptly and with clear instructions. I'm currently waiting for the arrival of my Teal-Green Kanken Mini! :)
