After purchasing an item via cwplumbcentre.co.uk, the payment was debited from my VISA via NOCHEX payment processing. The corresponding payment Email detailed that if there were any problems, NOCHEX would resolve the issue by simply completing an online form.
The goods never arrived and I contacted NOCHEX and filled out the necessary forms online.
5-weeks later... NOCHEX replies..."sorry we can't get in touch with the supplier (cwplumbcentre.co.uk) so we have ceased all trading with them. Unfortunately, you will have to resolve your missing goods yourself..."
So much for resolving the problem NOCHEX. You got your money and you left me high and dry.
Stay away from this company if you are paying for internet goods as they won't resolve any disputes unlike what they state on their web page. Their customer help line was poor and completely ignorant.
