“Ignorance at Lichfield Health and Fitness Club”

I was a member of this club for nearly 25 years. When the Morris family owned it it was a very friendly club. They decided to sell the business on and whilst Jodie Morris was club manager it kept its friendly nature. After Jodie left it went down rapidly. The new management insist on keeping the temperature in the gym cold no matter what the weather. Whether it is due to my age or I am diabetic or I have a medically weak back, I don't like icey cold air blowing on my back. I therefore switched the aircon off. A member of staff turned it on. I switched it off and an argument ensued. He said the cold air was not harming me to which I asked him if he was a doctor. He refused to answer that question but was just talking. I lost my temper, which, I admit was wrong, and swore! As a result they terminated my membership. It seems taht club rules over power the Laws of the UK.
