“Damaged Canvas”

I ordered 2 canvas's one arrived damaged and the other was floppy,I opted for the longest delivery of 21 days and eventually received the items after 33 days!!I got the standard auto reply and have heard nothing since despite having email a photo of the damaged canvas twice,not good customer service,I'm not holding my breathe for a happy resolution sadly.
