“arrogant customer services”

I live in France and couldnt be at my daughters 20th birthday birthday in UK.I ordered pretty pink flowers and teddy bear plus balloon to be delivered to her office to remind her that mum was thinking of her.I ordered mon 11th at 6pm in plenty of time for wed 13th 5.30pm deadline.That is not same day delivery or nxt day delivery but a whole day tues plus a whole day wed to deliver.It was mid week,not holiday period or some middle of nowhere unreachable place..it was the MIDLANDS,and customer services very rudely told me that it was unfortunate that I was 2% of the customers who did not receive on time..a birthday is once a year..not the day after...I asked for a refund and they point blankly refused saying it was all in their terms and conditions and promptly sent me a copy to read..how rude and not even a voucher or part reduction.My daughter went the whole day at work thinking her mum couldn't be bothered..BLOOMING DELIGHTFUL...they should be closed down as people send flowers when they can't be there in person...imagine a bereavement...disgusting and the ignorant staff on customer services just says it all really
