“Very slow, bad, customer service ”

Ordered online, it took one full week for one item to be dispatched, two weeks for the second, with no communication as to why.mive still not received the second item but have to wait 15 days before I can complain, apparently these are Royal Mail rules. The website may have nice items but the delivery and customer service is awful, don't bother using them!
