We've just recently ordered an Ortovox backpack from Facewest. While we are delighted with the product itself, what delighted us more was the fast & efficient service. Online shopping can at times be an issue when online sellers don't keep you fully informed as to the status of your order. Facewest were entirely the opposite and a good example of what online shopping should be. Can't recommend Facewest highly enough and would not hesitate to shop with them again.
