The overall experience was so simple and easy from start to finish ,the pack for my phone arrived within a couple of days and once the phone was sent I was kept updated regularly on the position of my sale by email payment was prompt and directly into my bank account on the day they said it would be.il iked the fact the price they quote is the price they pay no trying to bargain you down overall quality dervice
