Terrible company which tricks you into an automatic renewal contract. If you don't cancel in time they try to charge a cancellation fee. DO NOT ACCEPT THIS! This is illegal and you can claim your money back (easiest if you have paid by credit card). Never again, Privelege Home Insurance.
