“Lack of communication”

Booked a holiday from UK to GOA, as recommended through family friend, they never reply to emails, do not take the first price they give, they can always go lower. Most of the agents have English names and most of them are un willing to help, just seems very scripted, reading off a screen and wont listen to what you have to say. I have been dealing with [names removed] who never return my calls, even when I am trying to pay for the damn thing! Since i booked the holiday I have not had any reassurance of the tickets, invoices or any customer care in regards to travel like most other airlines provide e.g Visas and other information that is important I need to know. My advice, pay a little more for that extra better quality service, and speak to someone who actually gives a monkey. Wont be using again, very disappointing.
