I have been shopping on line with Sainsburys for at least 6 years and have never experienced any problems. The delivery people are always so friendly and helpful and when I have needed to speak to customer services - again they have been very efficient, helpful and friendly. If any item has had to be sent back via the driver the repayment code has always been sent to me by email within minutes of their arriving back at the depot. I think the shop that deals with my order is in Purley, Surrey - please send them my thanks. The store that I would like to recommend if you have to do extra shopping is the Savacentre in Colliers Wood. Again the staff are totally efficent and friendly and always make you feel welcome to be in the store. Big thank you to them also.



Over the years I have tried Asda and Tescos and they just do not compare in any which way.



Thank you again Sainsburys for making my life easier.
