“Next day delivery?!”

So much for next day delivery! We ordered a Samsung Galaxy S3 (on 3 network) on Tuesday 15th before 6pm, and received an email on Wednesday from 3 saying the contract has started.. If it was to be next day delivery, I would've had the phone as the contract started. It's now Monday 21st and still no phone. Sent an email on Thursday 17th which was responded to today.. Also rang the sales team on Saturday to be told that my order has been processed and on its way, and then she changed her mind to say it'll be on the way soon. Shortly after their website displayed 'allow for delays of up to 72 hours' but its been longer than 72 hours now! The email today said that extra information is needed to process my application, yet they'd already submitted it to 3?! I'm now paying for a service that I'm unable to to use as I don't have the handset or sim.. Furious does not half cover my feelings!
