Was lured by competitive price on comparison site - should have followed the adage if it looks too good to be true it probably is! The customer service is appalling, probably the worst I have ever experienced. Once purchased I received an email advising documents attached, but they weren't. The email address was a 'do not respond' and gave a telephone number. All lines are charged at 10p/minute and it took 4 phone calls of minimum 15 minute duration to finally secure my insurance policy. Unfortunately I needed to cancel my policy 11 weeks in and made numerous calls, holding for 15 minutes without getting through. I therefore emailed 'customer service' and received no reply. I finally got through on a phone line 4 days later, at cost of £3 and was told, in no uncertain terms that they could not accept my earlier email as notification of cancellation. I was refunded just over half of the annual premium - when I asked for Customer Complaints address, was told they do not have one. I am still awaiting for a promised call back to discuss 'my problem'! Wish I had seen this site before I clicked 'buy'
