“missing items when paid for”

i bought a few tngs from sports direct and when deliverd the bag was open and runners and top was missin had to ring sports direct was 17th on the phone line then they said they would ring me and contact me so after several emails still no response so if this is how they are going to work with customers i would not recommend this at all
